Your personal data 
The processing of personal data is governed by the General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (the “GDPR”). Omni Medical Services and any of our chosen outsourced third party service providers who are involved in the processing and control of your information, are referred to in this privacy statement as ‘we’.

Types of information

"Personal information is any information that we could use to identify an individual. It does not include personal information that is encoded or anonymised, or publicly available information that has not  been combined with non-public information.

"Sensitive personal information" is information that meets the "personal information" criteria and also a) reveals race, ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or b) concerns health or sex life, information about Social Security benefits, or information on criminal or administrative proceedings other than in the context of pending legal proceedings

How do we process your data?
We use the information we collect to provide the service to you. Whenever you get in touch with us either in person, by phone or online, we’ll usually need your basic contact details: name, address, telephone number, email address etc, together with enough information about your enquiry to be able to help you quickly and effectively. If you receive or have received treatment by one of our active consultants, we will hold a record about you. This may be stored in an electronic database, but we also hold some paper-based information about you.

How Long will we keep your information?
If we have an ongoing engagement between our organisations then we may store this information for as long as we need to communicate with you effectively. Should we fail to engage or engagement ceases for whatever reason then it is our policy to delete your information after 12 months.

As part of our commitment to ‘data transparency’ and accountability and in compliance with the general data protection regulation, access and management of the information we hold for you has been made simple for you to control. Please contact us to access and manage the date we hold for you.
